Lollapalooza brings together artists from various music genres over 4 days in Chicago's Grant Park, a 319-acre park surrounded by high-rise buildings and Lake Michigan. It's this location that sparked us to establish Nature + Nostalgia + Technology as the focal point, while combining 2d and 3d elements into scenes set against the iconic Chicago skyline. We wanted to recreate the essence of this location through a "mash-up" focusing on music, nature and technology while highlighting the festival headliners on a personalized stage representing the many stages at Lolla.
